Here’s a little sneak peak from last week’s songwriting session. Both the Villani and I were feeling inspired so we wrote 3 songs and made rough mixes of 2 songs – now up for your auditory pleasure/torture depending on what type of music you like and how you view sSalvia at the present time.

What do you guys think?

sSalvia’s latest track “Superficial Girls” has been on heavy rotation on Bam Radio.
The team at Bam Radio are a new generation of electronic music radio broadcasters that also believe that radio is theater of the mind. They dance hard, play hard, and have loads of laughs and fun along the way.
Head on over to Bam Radio and click play to start listening to a delectable selection of electronic music; and lots of sSalvia of course.

Splash offers the best deals at the best bars in St. Kilda for backpackers and for anyone else who just loves to get in the party scene in Melbourne, Australia and their recent Internet incarnation features sSalvia’s Superficial Girls as the promotional song.
With Splash nights occurring every night at the local bars, clubs and lounges, expect to see sSalvia soon blasting out its club/dance tracks all summer long.
Don’t forget to pick up your Splash band at your backpacker hostel or from Peter Pans (19 Grey Street, St. Kilda) for great deals at Pint on Punt, Cushion Lounge, Base Backpackers Melbourne Hostel, Tongue & Groove and The Saint Hotel.

The Villani man and I spent a little bit of time writing and finishing off Demi’s Song recently @ Villani’s too-tres-cool-for-university mini-studio containing his all-new computer system and dual monitor set up; so we can chat with people and song write at the same time.
The place comes complete with its own stellar lighting system that makes it look like I know what I’m doing when I’m taking candid photos of Simon (again!).
Being the spy I am (my Greek spy name is Niko Stavros), I secretly made a copy of a rough mix of Demi’s Song and true-to-ninja-form, uploaded it here for you guys to listen and comment on without Villani’s knowledge.
Bahaha, bwahahaha, BWAHAHAHA!!

Why Demi’s song? Well she contributed a line here or there in the midst of the input of both myself and Simon’s strange lyrical ideas; aka genuis but not so much.
Then we both felt bad for making her listen to a particular line of the song on loop for an extended period of time… so for now we’re going to call it Demi’s Song in honour of Demi’s ability to stay sane (and almost quiet) during today’s song writing session.
Have a listen, leave a comment, tell us why you think we should burn this track and if you have title suggestion that is so good that we just have to use it, we’ll dedicate the song to you! How’s that for killer.
